Terms of Sale

1. Who you are buying from

These products are sold by Alpha Momin LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Alpha Momin", "we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell fixed-scope service packages and downloadable digital products. Each listing describes what is included. The description on the packages page, together with these terms, is the agreement for that purchase.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the price for the scope listed. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor on their own secure hosted page. We do not see, handle, or store your card details on this website. Your purchase is also subject to the processor's terms.

4. Taxes

Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required. You are responsible for any taxes not collected at checkout that apply to your purchase.

5. Order acceptance and scheduling

A service order is accepted when we confirm it, normally within one business day, at which point we schedule the work. If we cannot perform the work as described, we will tell you promptly and refund the fee.

6. Scope

Service packages cover exactly the items listed. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only begins once you approve it. Some packages depend on information or access you provide; delays in providing them may delay delivery.

7. Digital products

Digital products are licensed to you for your own business use. You may not resell or redistribute them. Access is delivered at checkout by the processor.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. No professional-advice guarantee

Our services and products are business support, not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Where a matter needs a licensed attorney or accountant, we will say so and can refer you. You remain responsible for decisions about your business.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes and contact
