Alpha Momin exists because launching a company usually means hiring a lawyer, an IT vendor, a payroll service, and a consultant who all bill separately and blame each other. We do the whole launch, and we answer for all of it, from our Chicago base and remote-secure across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe.
The story
From paperwork pain to a working playbook.
We started Alpha Momin after watching too many good businesses stall on the boring parts: a filing rejected over a checkbox, a laptop that arrived without email, a first hire with no offer letter, a visa application stuck for want of one document.
None of those problems are hard when someone has done them a hundred times. All of them are brutal the first time. So we packaged the hundred-times experience into four service lines and put one team behind them.
Today we help founders go from idea to open doors: onsite across the Midwest from our Chicago HQ, and remote-secure across the US, Canada, the UK, and Europe. Then we stay on as the quiet back office that keeps things running.
