Refund Policy

One-time service packages

The one-time service packages listed on our packages page carry a 14-day money-back guarantee on the package fee. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, tell us and we will refund the fee. Where we have already incurred a real third-party cost on your behalf (for example a state filing fee), that specific cost is non-refundable, and we will make clear any such cost before we incur it.

This guarantee covers the one-time packages only. We do not currently sell any recurring or subscription service. If we do in future, its terms will be set out in a separate written agreement and will not be governed by this section.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered instantly and consumed on download, so they are non-refundable once the download has been accessed. If a file fails to deliver or is faulty, tell us and we will fix the delivery or refund the purchase.

How to request a refund

Use the contact page or write to ap@alphamomin.com with your receipt. We aim to respond within one business day.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through the payment processor. The time to appear on your statement depends on the processor and your bank, typically a few business days.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, contact us first; we would rather fix it than have you dispute a charge. Opening a chargeback without contacting us slows the resolution for everyone.
