What we collect, and what we do not.
Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and stores nothing about you. The only personal information we ever receive is what you deliberately type into the contact form, or what you give the payment processor when you buy something.

Who we are
Alpha Momin is a business services and cybersecurity firm based in Chicago, Illinois, United States. In data protection terms we are the controller of the information described below. You can reach us about anything on this page at cyber@alphamomin.com.
This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers
We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, session storage, fingerprinting, or any analytics product that identifies you. There are no third-party scripts on this site other than the bot check described below. We do not build profiles, we do not sell data, and we have no data to sell.
The contact form
If you send us a message, we receive the fields you filled in: your name, your email address, your phone number if you chose to give one, the service you selected, and your message.
That submission passes through our own endpoint, which validates it, checks it for spam, and forwards it once over an encrypted connection into our private Microsoft 365 workspace. The endpoint does not write your message to any database and does not log its contents. The website itself keeps no copy. We use the information only to answer you and to deliver work you ask for.
To reduce automated abuse, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-first bot check, and our endpoint applies a rate limit based on the requesting IP address. Cloudflare processes that technical information on our behalf to keep the form working; we do not store it.
The free tools
Our free tools run entirely inside your own browser. Files you open with them are never uploaded, never transmitted to us, and never stored anywhere. Closing the tab removes them. We receive nothing about what you processed.
Payments
When you buy a package, checkout happens on a page hosted by our payment processor, Stripe. Card details are entered there, never on this website, and we never see or store them. Stripe processes your payment and shares with us only what we need to fulfil your order and keep proper records, such as your name, email address, billing country, and what you purchased. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy as an independent controller of the payment itself.
Where information is kept, and for how long
Enquiries and client records live in our private Microsoft 365 workspace, accessible only to Alpha Momin. Payment records live with Stripe and in our accounting records. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a normal business record, and we keep transaction records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information, ever. We share it only with the service providers that make the business run: Microsoft (email and workspace), Cloudflare (website hosting and the bot check), and Stripe (payments). Each processes data on our instructions or, in Stripe's case, as an independent controller of the payment. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email cyber@alphamomin.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or United States state privacy laws, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we hold so little, most requests are simple to honour.
Children
This site and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
